SAMSUNG vient d’annoncer de la mémoire GDDR7 32 Gbps, le fondeur estime que cette norme devrait intéresser les domaines de l’intelligence artificielle, des véhicules autonomes, mais également le jeu vidéo, avec de potentielles futures cartes graphiques pourvues de puces GDDR7. La mémoire GDDR7 32 Gbps promet une bande passante maximale de 1.5 TBps, contre 1.1 TBps pour de la mémoire GDDR6 24 Gbps, ainsi qu’un gain de 20 % sur l’efficacité énergétique.
